Advice Request after somehow surviving almost getting fired
I work for the internal venture team of a $475B+ market cap F500, and 2 months ago I got placed on a PIP.
I have a strong relationship with our M&A team, and when they heard about my PIP they quickly helped me move into a role in M&A Integration, which actually ended up being a promotion for me.
Given my background in exactly 4 years of internal venture experience before "moving" to M&A Integration, what would you recommend to me as a lucrative career path / exit opportunities given this sudden, last minute change in my career path?
Thank you so much!
