Looking for any info on the AEA Small Business fund. Primarily focused on culture and comp. Seems to be fairly successful since their 2019 fund was almost double their 2016 fund. Looks like they focus primarily on the lower MM but have a fund size of a smaller MM fund.

Worked with the guys there as a consultant. Earnest, smart, and diligent.. have a lot of respect for them. The SBF platform is centered around buy and build strategies led by operating executives which lends itself to creative deal structures. It also probably means a lot of processing for add-ons, etc as a Junior.
Can you speak at all to the hours or comp? I would assume it would pay the same as the MM fund does but any info there would be great
