A number of different recruiters. Been getting pinged about this for over a year now. Seems like they are slowly building a team but based on LinkedIn looks like it's either really junior people, or mid level folks from unconventional backgrounds (eg public service, lower middle market)

Heard various things from acquaintances that interviewed etc. — culture seems unclear and messy with a blend of senior non-finance people and some finance people, unclear on junior / professional development, staffing, DD, etc. It’s a relatively new fund so who knows. Curious on experience of senior folks
