Aksia Private Equity?

Is a private equity role at Aksia a good place to be at? I am hoping to get some insight into Aksia and what it would be like to do PE there. Any information is welcome, I am hoping to get some info on comp, WLB, etc.

There was some old posts about the company, but they are pretty stale. I understand they do private credit, hedge funds, real estate, and infrastructure & natural resources alongside private equity.

From what I know they don’t do any investing. They just advise LPs on what to invest in. One step removed. They are well known in the US though

Thanks for the input. From my understanding, they will deploy capital and co-invest in deals alongside other PE firms but won't lead any investments.
