Alliance Bernstein PCI - Comp, Culture, Hours

Hello everyone,

Anyone on this form have any insight regarding Associate 1 comp for Alliance Bernstein Private Credit Investors group based out of Austin? Is it a 2 years and out? What about comp, culture and hours? Any insights regarding the interview process?

I can’t speak too much to comp, but I can help answer your other questions.

AB-PCI is a place that people tend to stick around. Monday and Friday are optional work from home days and hours seem to be fairly relaxed. People enter the office around 9-10 am and might leave as soon as 3pm if nothing is going on.

You can probably expect higher numbers when closing (maybe 70+) but on average you should expect 50-60 with a lot of these hours coming from WFH.
