Am I wasting my time caring about honors?

(might be the wrong forum. I apologize if so)

I am very fortunate to have landed my dream IB full-time job this past summer, in a strong coverage group. Ultimately, I'm interested in recruiting for PE.

However, I have spent most of college senior year working way harder than I have previously. If I grab all A's in senior year, I can graduate with Phi Beta Kappa. However, this is the least social I've been at school, and I'm starting to question whether this is all worth it (especially since I'll still graduate with a pretty decent GPA regardless). Just a question to anyone reading this - will something like Phi Beta Kappa / Latin Honors ever matter for PE recruiting or B-school admissions? My friends are telling me I'm wasting my time...

Thanks everyone! Even though I'm working hard, I probably don't have it as bad as most of you already working - appreciate you all
