Announced but Not Closed Deals

For resumes, is there a problem with putting company names down for a deal that was announced but has not yet closed? The press release states my bank was involved in the deal so think its fine but wanted to be sure. Is there something I should refrain from writing/saying if the deal has not yet been closed (obviously abstain from giving out non-public financials)?

Also how do you discuss your deal experience for deals that are public but don't disclose any financials? Seems like you can't go too in depth on the valuation or future strategy of the company in these situations.

 Thank you!
