Not OP but if I had to guess, probably means modeling or structuring topics beyond what is represented in the guides to get into PE (those are obviously tailored for short-form / interview style cases and modeling).
Not OP, but I was thinking funky things in terms of cap table structures, ratchets, liquidation prefs etc.
