Career Resources
PMT's job is primarily to work with and help manage operations for their portfolio companies. You'd be doing things like working with management to cut costs or grow their customer base and managing executive searches. Solid group of people but there has been some attrition recently across the entire Private Capital team from MD's down to Associate.
