Seems like it’s a pretty solid group but not much info about them anywhere. I know there have been multiple iterations of the group, but MSCP currently appears to be completely unaffiliated with Metalmark, correct?

Correct, MS spun off Metalmark. MSCP is raising a new fund. Seems to be interested in a variety of TMT and healthcare services and tech deals. Found them to be very choosy in terms of what they end up looking at.
