I interviewed there - firm and the people seem unimpressive. Small fund too
They must perform decently enough given fundraising size progression. I heard from a recruiter inbound last year that experienced ASO comp ~250-270k, Sr. ASO comp ~$300-320k, can't recall if there was carry for Sr. ASO. I hate SF so didn't talk to anyone currently at the firm to inquire further. Know a former ASO who says culture isn't terrible but is underwhelming, like nobody is hanging out after work/particularly friendly.
Never heard of the RSTP connection or the ASO attacking someone incidents mentioned above so can't comment.
Is it really $250-270k? Seems high for a fund of their size
