Analyst at Ardian, but different strategy. Co-invest flies a bit under the radar but Ardian’s advantage on lower levels is that the usually pay the same base across all strategies within one location. Also, there‘s a profit sharing scheme in place were every single employee gets the same bonus in absolut terms, which is quite sizable (c. 20k+ in the last years) and obviously pushes the total comp for lower level positions

Hi, could you share more information regarding Analyst pay? How does bonus look like?
Europe: varies slightly between offices, base €70-80k, bonus usually 50% +/- 10% and additional profit sharing of ~€20k p.a.
