Can't offer any insight on hours or comp, but they're a blue-chip firm in the credit space. They run the biggest BDC and their European DL platform is absolutely massive. They can do the multibillion-dollar unitranches that you've seen in headlines lately.
Comp for MF direct lending has bumped up to like ~$250k for first year associates.
