Hey all I was wondering if anyone has any insight on Arsenal Capital Partners? Seems like a decent MM shop but not sure in terms where they rank with prestige, comp, lifestyle, and performance.
Any insight would be appreciated!

They used to be really good under Managing Partner Arsene Wenger for quite a few years (even had "invincible" returns in 2004).
They then suffered from chronic underinvestment in talent and subsequent talent flight to other competitors, most notably partner Henry leaving to Barcelona and have been languishing in mediocrity until Wenger was removed
They have cycled through quite a few Managing Partners who have ended disastrously, especially with Unai Emery who came with a strong pedigree.
They have recently had a Managing Partner who was developed in house and got a bit of experience at a top competitor and he's been developing the firm through young principals/associates such as Odegaard and Sake, so long term prospects are looking healthy
They’ve been struggling to break in to the European market, but heard their associates get protected Tuesday and Wednesday nights now.
Solid MM industrials/healthcare player with strong returns. Take a really deep operating and industry-focused approach to invest in some pretty interesting niches. Given they chase smaller stuff despite having a +$2bn fund, it can be a busy place and have heard associates can get worked.
Any insight into differences in culture and workload between healthcare and industrials?
