Articles / opinions on LBO financing
Hello all,
I am writing a thesis on LBO financing and its evolution - trying to understand how it evolved in the last 1-2 decades and how it is likely to be impacted by the current environment of rising interest rates and inflation.
I have been using a lot a report from S&P on leveraged loans and I am looking for any resources, articles, data (hard to find any free ones) or simple opinions / leads that could help me nourish my thinking. Focus is a bit more European but anything will do.
If anyone senior willing to interview, it could be very useful too!
