Does anyone have any insight to the firms mentioned in the title as it relates to culture / comp / hours / mobility, etc? Would be very appreciative of any insight.

Can't speak to pay, culture or hours, but I believe Atalaya and Victory Park have much higher return thresholds than your typical credit fund. As a result, i believe they invest in a lot of payday and installment lenders who have trouble getting bank financing.
