Are PE interviews entirely virtual these days? What is the appropriate attire - polo? shirt? Shirt and tie? Suit and tie?

No, last cycle they were all in-person and I would expect the same now given covid is even less of a concern than it was in March.

No, the expectation is you fly out for oncycle. That’s part of why it’s such a shit show.
There's some conflicting information here, but can you speak to specifically which funds require you to fly out for oncycle? Seems like that would make recruiting from non-NYC effectively impossible
Idk what the other comment is saying, but I had people in the class above me go through on-cycle this past March from a non-NYC office, and they definitely did it virtually. Not sure if that will be the same this year though.

You never get penalized for overdressing but you do for underdressing. I’d stick to a suit and tie just to be on the safer side.
