Based on the most helpful WSO content, there is no specific information available about the BX SA 2025 process. However, here are some insights from previous years that might be helpful:

  • Timelines: For the BX RE SA 2021, first-round interviews were conducted over Zoom, and responses could take a few weeks. For example, one user mentioned hearing back after a little more than three weeks.
  • Superdays: Blackstone (BX) typically conducts multiple superdays. If they are not satisfied with the candidates from one superday, they may organize another to scout more candidates.
  • Interview Process: The process can include multiple rounds. For instance, one user mentioned that their superday consisted of four interviews with analysts/associates, followed by cuts, and then four more interviews with senior-level people.

If you haven't heard back since receiving the survey, it might be worth waiting a bit longer, as responses can sometimes be delayed. Keep an eye on your email and consider reaching out to your contact at BX for any updates.

Had a convo with a buddy in August about this - was told that if you weren't holding a solid banking offer you weren't going to get an interview. I think the process has ran since then and is done afaik.

I heard from folks in BCP they’re not considering people who already signed other offers. Also process is not done, friend has first round this week.

This might be what they are outwardly communicating but seriously why would BCP run ultra late and take someone who has been passed over by legitimately the rest of the industry at this point - ig return offers have historically been like 25% or less so perhaps that's a driver.
