Best CRM & Deal Mgmt. Tool?

Just curious if anyone has a good CRM? We specialize in Private Credit Investing, PE Secondaries, and Direct VC Primary Investing.

I did demos of Affinity and 4degrees and thought they were decent but I'm wondering if there is better out there.

I just need something simple to store contacts and have it automatically update from Outlook as well as a good Kanban board for tracking deals. I liked that Affinity automatically updates companies data from CrunchBase material.

Thanks!

Have you heard of DealCloud? We got a few demos recently and it looks great. My firm doesn't currently use it so I can't speak to it in detail, but it's effectively an all-in-one contact management / deal management / planning tool.  We have disparate tools for all of these functions and DealCloud seemed to bring it all together nicely. May be worth checking out

I generally agree with your sentiment, but customizing a cloud database to PE is effectively just price discrimination.
