If I can’t get into an Ivy League or super selective schools what schools would prepare me the most for eventually breaking into IB/PE in NY or Fairfield /West Chester county-meaning internships and best connections/ reputation with firms? I am looking to transfer in the fall with about a 3.4 gpa from 4 year new low level college

Binghamton places decently on Wall Street, probably best from the state schools in New York. Although I am pretty sure it’s somewhat selective, one of my friends got denied with ~1400 SAT. Not sure about Bing for PE though.
I will look into them, I want to clarify I meant non target schools in NY, Boston, or CT area would be most realistic for me
Boston LMM firms have a number of Bentley and Babson alum I've noticed.
I'd add Boston College to that list
Wellesley if you're a chick > BC > NE > Babson > Bentley > Brandeis
All decent options though tbh for middle market

More interest in accounting than finance, I'd say NEU >= BU > B/B/B
