I applied to the Blackrock 2024 Placement Program (Alternatives) and interviewed on the 17th and 20th of October. I received an email 2 days ago stating that "we are still in the process of making hiring decisions and we appreciate your patience. We will update you on the status of your application shortly".
I've heard that BlackRock has started giving out offers for the placement program, but I'm curious if anyone else has received a similar email or has gone through a super day recently. I'm trying to gauge the current status of their hiring process.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
