Blackstone First Round Interview - Real Estate (Hong Kong)

Hi, I'm an undergrad junior, non target, internship in Corporate clients last summer but not really IB -- I have an interview with Blackstone Hong Kong Real Estate in a few days and was wondering if anyone could give any insight about it?

Any information about Blackstone's general first round interview would be appreciated -- Is it heavy on the technicals? What specific points should I study on given that I don't have a prior IB experience?

Thanks in advance.

I think it was heavily technical since I am a non-target. Don't remember every question specifically, but it was based mostly upon valuation and current trends. If you'd like more insight you can PM me as my 2nd round is Monday and I can shed light on that as well.

Hi, does anyone know how many rounds the full process is expected to be? I just received an email for 5th round, I think supposed to be a 15-20 minute conversation.
