Hi all,
I have a second round video interview with Blackstone PE tomorrow. Does anyone know what the breakdown b/w behavioral/technical will be? In the last interview they said they weren't necessarily looking for candidates with extensive LBO experience. As far as my background goes, I go to a liberal arts non-target school, just worked at a BB IB this past summer. This is also part of their accelerated summer recruiting process.
