Bonus structure in tier 2 city?
Does comp and bonus structure generally follow the same formula in tier 2 cities as in tier 1 cities? By that, I mean ~75-100% (+/-, but generalizing) of base.
Some recruiter told me that firms in one particular city 'just don't do that' and all pay ~25% of base.
