Brightwood Comp

Anyone have numerical data points on where Brightwood comp would be? It's a credit fund so presumably lower than typical PE, but those shops are less standardized so I could see base being anywhere from $100 - 130K and bonus anywhere from 50% to 75%. Also not sure how the fact that they're a mezz player would impact comp relative to more vanilla direct lenders.

Any numbers, as well as detail about culture, would be great
