I assume this is in regards to their analyst posting? Anyone know what the interview process is like for BF renewables, infra, or PE group? Also does anyone know if large AMs in Sydney (BF, Macquarie, etc.) hire Americans/Brits?
If you have working rights then no issues, preferably PR or indefinite working rights but you can convince most places if you have 2y/4y and have credible path to PR approval.
