Advice needed on my chances at lateral recruiting:
a year and a half ago I was hired out of school by a large global credit fund (sponsor focused deals-recap, acquisition fin etc.). In this time i've managed to look at 100+ deals and closed in excess of 5 as well as a few restructurings... A situation arose forcing me to look at alternatives such as lateral hiring ( can be distressed, credit, equity funds), what do you guys think my chnces are in the next few months?

my duties no longer fall fully under credit analysis but have shifted to a less interesting front office position that can pigeon hole me should it carry on for too long... I'd have to jump ship prior to that happening...
