Can T2 Consulting break into PE?
Heading into T2 Consulting FT (LEK/EYP/S&) - how hard will I have to grind to break into PE? Will my firm even get looked at in general buy side recruiting or will I have to network my way into it?
I went from T2 to UMM. It was a slog. There are many posts about this type of experience here and on Reddit /r/consulting.
In general people don't want to hire a non-MBB consultant but you can prove that you're an exception through your own modeling preparation and pursuit of CDD cases.
