Career Mid-Level Recruiting

Without giving too much away... mid-level early 30s at holding platform with low 10 figure AUM. Low deal flow, previously in MM banking in T1 city (NYC/LA), currently in T2 city. Lateral market extremely competitive, pay okay (equity weighted - no carry). Should I go B-School (window fast closing), keep recruiting, try fundless sponsor route, go corporate... Not married, single and ready to mingle.

Work experience fairly unique, touch all aspects of portfolio and most of underwriting (no sourcing or much legal review). Feel like I'm not a great fit for institutional PE, but not yet confident in my ability to PG my own deals.
