Carlyle HireVue
Got an email from a headhunter that because I expressed interest in working at Carlyle, I have to complete a HireVue. This has nothing to do with an actual interview before anyone asks - just a check the box item that everyone has to do before they can even be considered for a role there. Does anyone know what kinds of questions they ask / what to be prepared for?
They asked me about Gordon Growth or something like that, super in the weeds

It was all behavioral stuff when I did it (ie. What would you do in X situation?).
Fwiw, after I got the offer, everyone on the team said no one even looked at the Hirevue. It was just an automatic resume dinger.
