CF in LBO vs CF in DCF
Can someone please explain to me what is the difference between unlevered free CF in a DCF and unlevered free cash flow in a LBO? I would be very appreciated. Thank you!
You don’t use unlevered CF in an LBO, you have to account for the interest expense on debt so the CF is levered
So the CF in a LBO is only for equity holders?
