Co-Investments 1hr Excel Case Study
Hi All,
Recently progressed to the next round for a co-investment role (entry-level). It is a 1hr case study via Excel and is meant to test Excel proficiency in how an analyst might analyze portfolio-level data. No instructions yet and I am not sure what to expect. Has anyone done something similar before? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there, have you done the case study so far? Just curious how it went and what it looks like! Thanks!
Yes, I completed the case last week. Here's an overview:
Provided with portfolio data that consisted of different funds, geography, size, & industry
Had to do some re-organization and group the funds
Then, just pivot charts, basic excel formulas (sumifs, vlookup, Medianif, etc.), and analysis on performance/ if the fund is well diversified
Was it difficult?
Got it thank you! So it's more like testing excel functions rather than LBO?
