No one won't hire you because you went to Columbia instead of Princeton. At that point, it comes down to the individual candidate not the school.
A few people placed into Insight, KKR, BX, Bain - again up to the candidate + luck as the other user mentioned. Most from IB/consulting summer roles and lateral. This is for undergrad.
