Coming from the USA from EU after MBA, deciding between two offers during my program. Advice?

I am attending an MBA program in the EU (EU T-10), and would like to work PE in the USA as I am American (MBA in EU because my wife is from the Nordics). I understand that the competitiveness of the PE industry is going to make this an extremely uphill battle, especially without a US B-school name on my resume, but was curious what you guys think would be better for my resume considering. Here is my experience, plus two offers I have right now to work while in school:

Pre-MBA: 1 year financial analyst (FP&A) 2 years Sr. Strategy Analyst supporting two startups at a F500 holding company Currently working at a boutique PE firm in the EU

Offer: Consulting advising strategy at a tier 2 (Think Deloitte Monitor, EY Parthenon, LEK)

OR

Consulting M&A advisory at a tier 2 (Same as above)

Going to the USA the boutique PE firm obvious doesn't have great deal flow (3 deals in the last 1,5 year), but it does give me experience and the ability to help source and work in an actual PE. On the other hand the consulting firms are national and would be more recognizable.

Better to stay with the PE, or take one of the offers in strategy or M&A if my goal were to work in PE in the USA?
