Common mistakes/errors in dividend recap modeling?

Hi,

I'm dealing with dividend recap for the first time. My work place has a model template that has dividend recap abilities built in, but I'm not sure if I know the concept well enough yet. I went through the model mechanics but want to make sure I don't miss anything. What are some common mistakes/errors people make in modeling dividend recap please? Thank you!
