Comp Check

Just wanted to get a quick comp check on private equity after COVID. Recently got my bonus a few weeks ago and i'm at ~$350K - $380K all-in for my 1st full year of PE after stub. Is this normal for UMM / MF? I'm at a fund that's fairly big, but not one of the MFs like BX, KKR, Apollo, etc.

How much does bonus vary between people in an Associate class? Is it pretty similar across the board?
