As a mid-career professional at a fund for some time, it seems that new Associates are getting good deals. For those of you at your PE/PC shops for a while, are you seeing bumps for tenured mid-level employees? While I'm happy for the 24 year olds, it seems that the % increases at least in some shops haven't benefitted those who are in mid-level seats and been at their firms for 6-8+ years
