Comp Intel for Consultant PE Firms
Would appreciate any insight on comp data points / progression for some of the big consultant friendly funds (H&F, Advent, Bain Cap, NMC, Berkshire, Charlesbank, etc). Any pay data on those for Assoc years + beyond or other factors for comp to take into account
250k+ all in on the lower end and 300-350k at the MFs like Bain and H&F.
This is low by 50k, no UMM or respected MM is paying less than 300, top UMM and MF should be 350-400 including signing bonus. Have sources for 3 of the above that are 350-400 including my consultant friendly UMM that is 375
Yea I’m excluding signing bonus. I have data points for 3 names above as well (source: myself and 2 close friends) and I don’t know of funds hitting 400 for 1st year associates. Granted I do not have a data point for H&F so maybe they reach top bucket.
