What's the comp structure / leveling look like for people that work in the tech org at top PE firms (e.g. coatue, apollo, etc. )? Most of these firms use their tech teams to add value to the portfolio companies, I think, so it's slightly less back-office than at a GS/JPM, although I'm sure it's still considered as such.
