Controlling stake vs. non-controlling stake - experience
Can someone elaborate on what they think the main differences in associate experience would be between working at a fund that takes controlling stakes vs. one that does not? I would imagine at the associate level, the experience would not be much different since the non-controlling fund would still need to do its full valuation and diligence work.
