Coronavirus impact on valuations
Hi guys,
I was wondering if for PE and Corp Dev folks here you would put the buying of businesses on hold due to the economic climate uncertainty. Has the Coronavirus impacted your valuation / investment memos and thesis? Are you adopting a wait and see attitude to see how this plays out in terms of topline growth and EBITDA numbers? Will you just "adjust" numbers (add back) once this is behind us to normalize financials?
