Corp Fin Acquisitions to Acquisitions Manager at small PE shop?
Currently a buy-side analyst at an iBuyer (think OpenDoor, RedFin, Zillow, etc.) and awaiting an offer from a small PE firm as an Acquisitions Manager. Base comp is a good bit higher (~$20-30k), but I do love my current job (great benefits, work culture, etc.) and have been here for less than a year, so it's really wondering if the trade-off is worth it. Let me know your thoughts on this.
