Hi, I have been wondering about recent trends of transitions from Corp Dev to PE roles (how challenging, compensation etc). I am currently working in the Corp M&A group at a middle market Tech firm, which is also a PE owned portfolio company. I have strong background in PE/HF Portfolio Valuation space of ~3 years.
