Corporate Development or Audit?

So, I have the oppurtunity to either do an audit internship at big 4 or a corporate development internship in Q1. For some background  I am currently a math student in Germany and have already done a M&A internship and am currently doing an Internship for a private equity firm. I want to do another internship before I graduate and then do 3 internships in my gap year before masters. My end goal ist to land in Private equity preferably in London. Which of the internships would make more sense and help me in my end goal of landing a job at a private equity firm in London?
