Absolute sweatshop with a bad culture. Decent brand though.

Btw almost every reputable PE firm is a sweatshop so wouldn’t let that scare you (even though it does blow). Even smaller firms that have good culture and get bigger eventually turn sweaty. Not being a sweatshop is the exception
