From what I've read, seems like super sharp people overall and incredibly sweaty. Revolving door for associates. Any material improvement in culture? And any insight into the interview process? Heard it's consulting (so is there any LBO?) style and pretty difficult. Seems like a place worth joining but would be eager to get concrete numbers on the hours - are we talking average 90? possibly hitting 100-110? like banking hours?
