Hey man, congrats on the interview. There are some threads about how to prepare for a Credit Interview so recommend using Google and the search function on the site.

I would recommend you going to the Ares and Oaktree websites and look for their white papers or primers and reading through them.

The best way to prep for a Credit interview especially if this is Direct Lending, is asking yourself the question: Should I give a loan to x company? And thinking about all the things you would need to look at and analyze to say "yes because of xyz." or "No, because of xyz".
