Crossover Fund Compensation

I am interviewing for an investment analyst/associate position at a crossover fund with over 1 billion AUM. I have 1 YOE in PE ops and a M.S. degree from a non-target. Should I be expecting to interview for the analyst or associate position and what should I expect in terms of each for compensation? Majority of their deals seem to be late stage growth.
