Culture at MM firms in chicago
Looking to gain some insight into what the culture is like at various shops in Chicago. Not interested in GTCR, MDP, etc. More interested in LMM to MM funds like wind point. Any insight is appreciated.
Heard second hand that wind point grinds and has a pretty competitive / cutthroat culture. Just one data point though.
Anything is helpful really. Have you heard anything about the edgewater funds?

I’ll throw a few names out here and if anyone can speak to the culture (cutthroat, pretentious, Broey, chill, etc.) thatd be great. Wind point, civc, silver oak, shore capital partners, Winona, the edge water funds.
