I have no clue where various banks stand for the Dallas market. What I want to know is who has the best PE placement and which specific groups. I would also appreciate a run down on the ability to lateral to NYC banks from any Dallas banks. Any and all information is appreciated. Thank you.

What specific groups there are the best? Could one start in Dallas and lateral to NYC at HL?
Unlikely until after 2 or 3 years. New York office already cramped as is. Everyone wants to do that anyways
